  - Updated data for conversion factors to include estimates
    for 2019-2024
  - Added ability to specify year argument for more accurate footprint
    estimation, from years 2019-2024 inclusive
  - Default is 2019, which is the original date of the data initially
    released with the package
  - Added code to process original data sources, which are included in
    the references folder
